Born and raised in India, I completed my graduation before journeying to Australia for my master’s. Since 2010, I have found my true home in San Antonio, Texas, where I share life with my wife and daughter in this nurturing place.
Six years ago, yoga arrived as a gentle, unexpected gift. On the mat, I felt my body awaken to its natural energetic state in deep relaxation—a profound lesson in healing that called me to explore the vast ocean of the human form with commitment and wonder.
With an RYT 200 from the Esther Vexler Yoga School and an RYT 300 from The Hard and the Soft Yoga Institute, I now blend timeless yoga and breathwork with the empowering Physiology First framework pioneered by David Bidler. This science-based approach prioritizes physiological foundations—teaching us to optimize health by starting with the body’s own language: conscious breathing to regulate the nervous system, mindful movement to build resilience, heart rate variability awareness to track recovery and stress adaptation, sleep optimization for deeper restoration, and practical tools such as breathwork, exercise, and elements of temperature exposure to enhance the brain-body connection.
In my coaching, we use these integrated practices to cultivate awareness—Mother Nature’s greatest gift—as the bridge that unites body, mind, and spirit. By tuning into your physiology first, you learn to self-regulate in real time: calming an overactive stress response through breath, rebuilding energy through intentional movement, and creating space for clarity, joy, and success to arise naturally.
The ultimate goal? Returning to your innate rhythm—that quiet, intelligent flow already alive within you. When we listen through the measurable signals of the body and rest in present-moment awareness, we open the doorway to a higher intelligence that has always known the way.
