About Weekly Class

Join me every Thursday at 5:30 pm at SFC Fitness for 1 nurturing weekly class. Each month, three sessions facilitate mindful awareness through coordinated movement and focused observation of the connection between body and mind, supporting a return to compassionate presence. The fourth Thursday is a trauma-sensitive practice: a safe, choice-centered space that honors your nervous system and supports gentle healing at your own pace.

Space is limited to 10 clients per class to create a more intimate, supportive environment where everyone can feel truly seen and held. Please check in and reserve your spot in advance.
